Price calculator

All prices are per person per day in Euros, excluding the local tourist tax (€ 3,00 per person per day). Information subject to change without notice. Pictures serve as an example of rooms in a specific category. Actual rooms may look different and be furnished differently. No discounts are given to guests on package deals in the event that certain services are not used. Our packages are only valid for Saturday arrivals and departures. Surcharge for short stays up to 3 nights is 10% on the full daily rate.

13 – 14 years: 20% reduction on daily rate

* Discounts are valid per child per day including half board (excluding ski pass) for children staying in a room with 2 adults (2 full payers). A local tourist tax applies to guests aged 15 and above.

Our cancellation fees

30 to 15 days before arrival – 30% of total price
14 to 7 days before arrival – 70% of total price
6 to 0 days before arrival – 90% of total price
In the event of a later arrival and/or earlier departure, the stay will be invoiced according to the reserved duration of stay.
In the event of a cancellation within 30 days of your arrival date, we will charge your credit card with the applicable cancellation charges minus the pre-payment
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. You can find details of insurance at www.europaeische.at.
New! Though still existing pandemic status the European Travel Insurance covers in case of Corona illness since May 29 th 2020. More detailed information on this courtesy you will find here.
This cancellation policy is based on the Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen für die Hotellerie (General Terms & Conditions for the Hotel Industry).

Your stay at our hotel

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: Your room is available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. We kindly request that you vacate your rooms by 11 a.m.
LOCAL TOURIST TAX: The local tourist tax of € 3,00 per person
per day is not included in the room price/package price.
RESERVATIONS: A deposit payment of 30% of the total price is required to confirm your booking.
PRIVAT PARKING SPACE free of charge behind our Hotel
GARAGE nearby on request only (€20,00 per day)
DOGS: € 20,- per day (food not included).
Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and the Relax Centre.
