  • Arrival and departure
    • Check-in: from 4 p.m.
    • Check-out: until 11 a.m.
  • Meal Times
    • Breakfast 7:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
    • Afternoon snack: 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
    • Dinner: 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
    • Hotel bar: 2:00 p.m. - midnight
    Culinary Delights
  • Dogs
    • Are welcome on request
    • Price: €20 per day
    • Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and dining room
  • Internet
    • You can use our WiFi network “Hotel Post” free of charge – the password is available at reception
    • An Internet terminal with printer is available free of charge opposite the reception
  • Keycard
    • Opens your room door, the hotel entrance door, the door to the Relax-Center, the elevator, the door to the ski room, and your Skilocker (room number = locker number)
    • The hotel entrance door is locked from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m
  • Reading Material
    • You can order newspapers from our Maître Heimo in the dining room
    • Books to borrow can be found in the bookcase on the 2nd floor
  • Packed Lunch
    • For your excursion or your journey home, we will gladly provide you with a packed lunch
    • Included are a ham sandwich and a cheese sandwich, fruit, something sweet and a bottle of water
    • We charge € 10 per person. If you choose the packed lunch instead of breakfast, it is free
    • We accept orders the day before
  • Parking
    • You can park free of charge at our hotel (except the area directly in front of the hotel - this is a fire brigade zone)
    • You can rent a parking space in the garage 150 meters away for €20 per day
  • Smoking

    Is only allowed outdoors

  • Reception
    • From 7.30 a.m. to 10 p.m
    • in case you leave before 07.30 am on your departure day, please settle your bill until 08.00 pm prior to your departure day.
  • Quiet Periods
    • From 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
  • Safe
    • In every room there is a safe with operating instructions
    • The hotel is only liable for valuables that are locked in the safe (liability up to max. €5,000)
    • Valuables of higher value can be deposited in the reception safe
  • Ski Passes
    • Can be ordered the day before at the reception and picked up there in the morning
    • Please note that we cannot print half-day passes
    • The ski passes are sold on behalf and on account of the Arlberger Bergbahnen - the general terms and conditions of Ski Arlberg apply
  • Ski Room
    • Is located in the basement
    • You can open the door with your keycard (locker number = room number)
    • A shoe dryer is available
    • Between 8 p.m. and 7.30 a.mm the room is closed - if you depart during this time, please put your skis at the reception beforehand
  • Wellness
    • Is located in the basement
    • Sauna area daily from 4 p.m.
    • Swimming area from 8 a.m to 8 p.m
    • Solarium from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (coins are available at the reception)
