Because we know what is required for authentic, Austrian cooking, we value the essential, the original, the good. This begins in the cup of espresso and the variety on the breakfast table, finding its culinary pinnacle at lunch in our à la carte restaurant (winter only) and not ending by a long way when we serve up our four-course dinner menu with fancy dishes and select wine pairings. Wherever you enjoy your moment of delectation with us – in the classic dining hall with chandelier and favourite painters, the Tyrolean-style dining room with its classic charm, the terrace with its winter garden and escape from the summer heat or our hotel lobby with aperitifs and to conclude the evening – celebrate it!
