Because we know what is required for authentic, Austrian cooking, we value the essential, the original, the good. This begins in the cup of espresso and the variety on the breakfast table, finding its culinary pinnacle at lunch in our à la carte restaurant (winter only) and not ending by a long way when we serve up our four-course dinner menu with fancy dishes and select wine pairings.
