Rooms will be held until 6 p.m. if we are not informed about a later arrival time.

ARRIVAL: rooms are vacant from 3 p.m. onwards.

DEPARTURE: rooms have to be vacated by latest 11 a.m.
otherwise we have to charge an extra day.

RESERVATION: To fix a reservation we require a deposit payment of 30% of the total amount. Supplementary charge for short stays (up to 4 days) 10% on the daily price.

Minimum amount of people in a double room are 2.

CANCELLATION FEES:
- 60 to 30 days before arrival 30% of the total amount
- 30 to 14 days before arrival 80% of the total amount
- 14 to 0 days before arrival 100% of the total amount
- in case of a late arrival or early departure rooms will be charged as booked
- we recommend to conclude a travel cancellation insurance
  (not possible through the Hotel)

GARAGE: € 10,– per day (on request)

BED & BREAKFAST:
When booking a room with breakfast only you get a reduction of € 11,– per person per day.

DOGS: € 10,– per day (without food).
Not allowed in the dining room and restaurant.

0-1 year: free
2-7 years: € 49,– per day
8-13 years: € 74,– per day
from 14 years onwards: 30 % reduction on full price.
Prices are per child per day including half board.

Full day childcare possible at the Guest Kindergarten of the ski school Arlberg (100 metres away from the Hotel). Minimum age 2,5 years.
